I setup an Industrial Blast Furnace, the only other two things nearby were an MFE and a Geothermal Generator. The Geothermal Generator was feeding into the MFE which was powering the blast furnace. I cooked a few things and then left the MFE to charge. When I came back an hour later it had exploded and the MFE and Blast Furnace controller were lost. Did I do something wrong here, do I need to use a converted or something to change the input/output/powerlevels for these 3 things to work together? Thanks for any advice.

Yeah, the voltage isn't the issue. I'm going to toss in my vote with "open to the sky" because the industrial blast furnace is in fact huge, and for a lot of people (me included) the first impulse is always to build it outside.
