I would suggest removing optifine.

well I need it to run, for some reason i have serious lag issues for some reason and when i played Direwolfs previous pack it ran fine do you know what i should do?

If you really want to use it then read the thread here but if it still causes issues then you will need to either remove it or play the FTB Lite2 packs.
