Windows .exe Random Crashes

Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: My computer crashes every 5 minutes to an hour while I'm playing, and I have to restart my computer. Last night it was crashing to a red and white striped screen and today it started crashing to a white/very light gray screen, and every time it crashes the sound glitches. I re-downloaded the latest 64-bit version of java and restarted Minecraft, only to have it crash nearly immediately. I don't notice any specific pattern and have no idea how to reproduce it.​

Error logs: I don't know which logs to post.​

I attached a file; pastebin's captcha codes are unsolvable even though I typed the right one in 50 times, and it's far too long to paste into the post.

This doesn't really sound like an issue that FTB, minecraft or even java could cause on their own.
I'd rather say this sounds like driver issues or possibly hardware malfunction.

I force updated and replaced the lwjgl files and it seems to have fixed it for now. If it starts doing it again I'll reinstall drivers. Thanks guys.
