Mac Random Crashes

1.4.7
Java version:
Java 6
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated:
When I am playing the Mindcrack modpack I crash about 1 minute after joining a server or opening a world. Most of the time I also crash when opening my Inventory.
Additional Mods:

• Optifine
• Chargepads
• Easy Crafting
• EE3
• Mystcraft

I still crash without these extra mods.

I think i fixed it by adding this to my advance java settings:

-XX:MaxPermSize=128m
