Random crash

Can someone help please. The reason I'm replying to myself is because I saw a bunch of other threads above this one, and I want someone to see this one.

Your modpack is from AT Launcher, this is FTB forums. So I would suggest to ask in ATLauchers forums for help regarding their modpack...

The thing is, I always do that, and no one ever gets back until like 3 days have passed or so. I'm sorry about posting this on this forum, but I would assume since this forum seems more active than the AtLauncher one, I thought I would receive more help.

Well, youre not gonna like it, but basicly your world is corrupted and fixing it is real pain and not 100% sure to work either.

These lines reveal theproblem:
[29/11/2014 12:57:02 PM] [Server thread/ERROR]: Encountered an unexpected exception
[29/11/2014 12:57:02 PM] net.minecraft.util.ReportedException: Loading NBT data

How exactly would I fix it? My worlds always get corrupted at some point or another. Vanilla or not. It's really strange ;/
