Minecraft Version: 1.4.2
Java version: 1.7.0_9-b05

Keep getting random crash when flying whit electric jetpack or sometime from a jump.

I believe this is a problem that is being taken care of. IC2 is just being funky. Don't do anything special with it :P
You can try a clean reinstall of Java. Download Java 7 U 9 64 bit :)
 
I suggest a reinstall to make sure there isn't s hiding null pointer in the mod reads. Or anything else running the mods.
