Title Random crash when picking something up

Details of the issue Woo, what changes have I made? Let me see... Added Mekanism, Enviromental Tech, Pressure Pipes, Chicken Chunks, Ender Storage, Advanced Generators, IC2, TATW, and Solar Flux Reborn.
On occasion I'll be doing things, like the above crash report, I was planting Botania petals, bone mealing them, and cutting them with scissors. One time I pick up the dropped flowers and freeze then crash. That's the resulting crash report. An earlier time I was poking at the contents of a Refined Storage drive. I exit out, turn, and freeze and crash. I have no idea, can't make heads or tails of the crash log or Google anything that'll help to fix this problem.
