Pretty sure you don't need 16 gigabytes dedicated to MC(Most people have a max of 4.) Other then that however, I have no idea. When does this crash happen? Does it happen every time you load the world? Or was it just a random thing?

It mentions two things. Memory and multiplayer. The latter seems strange(unless it's referencing the internal server.) Try reducing your RAM dedicated by half. Maybe it's Java complaining about the amount of RAM it's being given. If that doesn't work, start tearing out mods one at a time, starting with any that add biomes/dimensions/lots of world gen(like dungeon mods.)

Line 9 net.minecraft.network.packet.Packet24MobSpawn.func_73279_a(SourceFile:87)

Quick search resulted in a few cases where this was a mob-spawn error.

In my experience, mods that add new mobs are always the most likely to cause crashes. If I were in the OP's shoes I would remove all of those sorts and again.

I've been playing with 16G of RAM for months now with no problems. I was hoping someone could tell from the log wgich mod was causing the trouble.

Ok, it seems that removing Resonant Induction fixed it. That mod's still in alpha, so that's not surprising. I'll keep you posted if it hapens again, though.

Something that looks odd to me (granted I'm no crash-report wizard) is that "naga segment" pops up several times. And you're in the overworld. How is there a naga segment in the overworld?

It keeps happening, even after removing all the new mods I added. There has GOT to be a way of telling which mod is causing this, because I've been playing with this install for mon ths and it only just started doing this. Here's an updated crash report: http://pastebin.com/2ujNDpJV
