Railcraft Tank + liquiducts problem

Hello. I am having troubles extracting liquids from a tank. I have a redstone signal on by the liquiduct and it still wont work. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Did you right click the liquiduct with a crescent hammer to put it in output mode?

Yeppers. it is working when I try to extract from the fermenter just not from the tank Want a Pic?

I think you should use buckets c:

Might be the thing whereby the output pipe needs to be in the bottom two sets of blocks (i.e. one lower that you currently have it). Can't remember whether ti's supposed to be the bottom two, or the bottom two containers (i.e. not part of the frame).
