RAD Server - Crazy Tick Lag

Hi Guys,

Wondered if anyone can help we, Me and my friend are playing on my RAD server.

It has 12GB of RAM allocated. We have been playing fine for a while all of a sudden we have terrible lag and my server console is getting spammed with the following:

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
