Quick Question About Tesseracts

I know that in older versions of FTB there was a percentage loss of energy through tesseracts. With the new version of tesseracts (1.6.4), I thought that tesseracts no longer had an energy loss. However, my friend told me differently. Just to clear it up without having to do testing (I am away from my good computer with FTB), does the tesseract have an energy loss, and if so how much?

Finally a clear answer loads of people have been saying no the still lose energy while others are like no the lose 0% now

Basically how it works is tesseracts are the same space. Put item energy or liquid in, you pull the same amount out the other end
