If I recall correctly, the "Forgecraft: The modpack" 3rd party pack by Pahimar has those 3 mods.
If you didn't know, that pack is as close a copy as can be made using fully public mods to duplicate the Forgecraft 2 server that a lot of the mod developers use to test their new work, and a lot of them stream from it.
I don't play on a server, so I don't know for certain if there's a server version.
