Question about Unhinged Pack

i was looking into this pack and i notice that it includes forestry and Thaumic bees (Magic bees) but it does not have Extra bees and thaumcraft 3

my question is why does it not have does 2 mods?

right i get that part. but im curious as to why have Thaumic bees (Magic bees) if you didnt want Thaumcraft 3 in it?

My question about the pack, why is it in my launcher? And why is it the first pack i see? Yet Unleashed sits at the very bottom still..
