Actually, I think I see the problem, my item ducts don't seem to be sucking the items out because when I break the harvester I get items. I will try to fix it. But thx for the help guys :D

I'm partial to putting an Enderchest behind the Harvester. It let's me get ahold of output goods anywhere, and also let's me get a visual cue if things go sideways.

TE ducts? Yeah, you'll want them actively pulling, via a servo, or from a chest on the back of the harvester.

Nope MFR will exject into a non servoed one just fine. I have my running for over 24 hours and it didn't get jammed once and it's barely stops harvesting. That's because I didn't leave any areas under light level 11 and also a pair of sprinklers to seal the deal.

ok, the harvesters work, the items go into a chest, but now the items either dont get sucked out or end up in the chest of a different harvester. and the seeds go into the wrong harvester even though they have filters

Now the harvesters are working fine, but the items either aren't being sucked out or are going into other harvester chests (despite the ducts being set to output) and the seeds are going into the wrong planters even though I put servos in them

Are the red arrows on the ducts lit up? If not, you either need to apply a Pneumatic Servo, or a redstone signal. If the latter, ensure that it's not being transmitted to the harvester, or it'll stop it working.

Yes they are lit up And have servos installed

Just to address this bit, make sure you don't leave any empty slots in the planters, just put a piece of cobble in the empty slots. Turn 'consume stack' to 'off', have seeds of the type(s) you want in the planter, cobble in the empty slots, and the planters will then only be able to accept the appropriate seeds/saplings.

Or just put a fliter on the duct attached to the planter. What I do with my is actually put a filter onto a duct that is attached to JABBA barrel, then a reinforced servo set to "furthest first" meaning it will tries to put it in the planter THEN "void" excess to the Bioreactor. Ensuring a fully stocked planter for an uninterrupted run.
