Have to make Potassium and Nitrogen cells, but I have no recipe for Liquid Potassium and Gaseous Nitrogen. How do I make these?

I have no Saltpeter and I want to make Saltpeter Dust. Is there another way to get them?

Probably better off centrifuging Soul Sand or Cracked Sand for Saltpeter.
