On a server, I have built a gregtech Fusion Reactor, the new one. I am trying to balance my tritium and deuterium levels so it can run constantly without me supervising.
I was considering using gates to measure something in my quantum tanks so it would turn the tritium-producing machines on and off as needed to keep the liquids balanced. I was wondering if there was any other way. Would Liquid Sensor kits attached to the tanks work? Can anyone help?

It takes like 100-something centrifuges to keep up with the liquid burn of a fusion reactor. The numbers out there for the exact number of centrifuges per tritium and deuterium. Would you rather just find that and make production equivalent to consumption? That way you can avoid the trouble.

I know the numbers, I just want to balance my current store of 1.5 quantum tanks each liquid. And I already can mostly deal with consumption. I just have to get the ratios of making tritium to deuterium right.

Wasn't it 4 to 1? As in it takes four deuterium to produce one tritium. So you'd need 5 deuterium production machines, four of which are dedicated to further processing into tritium.
Scaling up is thankfully easy because of this.

How many plasma gens can you run off of one fusion reactor if you utilize all the sides of it

The ratio is 1:5. So you need 6 electrolyzers for the 24 centrifuges producing the deuterium.
After that, you need 24 electrolyzers and 96 centrifuges for the deuterium required for the tritium, and then you need 24 to process the deuterium to tritium.
I recommend using a AE system.
The reactor can take a max of 33 plasma gens.
