I have no idea what cimyPt is saying. But it could be something along the lines of "You might get an answer quicker if you use English".
Not that I discourage discourse in other languages you never know someone might be able to reply. But seeing though this forum is predominantly English speaking it would be advantageous to ask the question in English. Of course this is dependant on wether you can speak/ understand English.

After painfully typeing in the question with my phone in to google translate (took me a while to figure out it was Portuguese and not Spanish...) I think that op wants to know if you can make a mini portal judgeing by the title op must wants quartz.
My answer would be to just make a regular one if the compact version isn't working.

The is/and is because the only difference in portuguese from these two is e é.

Yeah that and/ is thing confused Google (and me), handy to know that accents do matter.
Also there's no way to manually define propper nouns in Google translate. So Obscurity the name of the modpack translated to obscurita or something along those lines.

The best part is that it seems he translated his question from some language to Portuguese, since that is not proper Portuguese...
I agree, and he seemed like he really wanted an answer, but it doesn't seem like he has come here to know the answer.
Abou the accents, normally in portuguese when you are texting or something similar you don't use accents because its annoying and it takes to long, but usually you can pretty much understand if it is (and or is), or others words that are only different because of an accent like (dá/da) (give me/of) as it is used in different situations.
