Summary of the problem quartz lamps

Pack Version 3.0.5

What is the bug? when tryin to get quartz lamps work from random things. They do not illuminate any light from them and neither will the rainbow lamps from random things . I am not sure if a pack issue or mod issue. I try a lever and redstone torch get nothing illuminate from the block.

I'm having the same problem in ver. 3.0.6

I built the rainbow lamp straight away, so I haven't tested the others. When I place down the lamp, it stays white. I place a regular vanilla lever, it goes dark. Remove lever, shines white, and emits a light level. Very strange.
