Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out on how i should power my quarry? I was using stirling engines but they burn through coal to fast and dont produce that much energy. I cant use redstone engines cause those are completely useless with a quarry and I cant use combustion cause theres no oil around me so please help me? Im now a newb so dont comment rudly please im just looking for advice?
 
Use batteries!

I mean redstone cells, just charge 'em up at home, and exchange them whenever they're empty. One cell can power a small quarry(the default 9x9 one) the whole way to bedrock and still have 30% left. (if you set the output to 5 MJ/t that is)

This setup works great with enderchests, cause you can just plonk your quarry down ANYWHERE and then sort it out back home.

Also, the "don't be rude" comment really wasn't necessary, has it ever occurred to you that you might often be getting "rude" responses because you're asking the wrong way? just saying.
 
Thermal expansion steam engines are a bit better than the stirling ones, but still eat through coal at a high rate. You might consider producing biomass or biofuel from forestry and using their engines to power your quarry. You can make the biomass from nearly any plant material -- saplings, wheat, sugarcane, etc.

edit - seeing Poppycocks' reply above mine, yeah Redstone power cells are pretty much the best around, since you can just have a central power station and plunk down the cell next to your quarry, no wires required at all!
 
Other option:
Produce Biomass with a Fermenter (use saplings, since they are cheap and effective) and burn that in 2 Biogas Engines.
Downside: You can't simply teleport fuels, since teleport pipes aren't (currently?) in the pack.

Ender chests are in though, letting you teleport stuff. Just can it first.

You can also try starting off on Peat for a relatively simple fuel that lasts quite long.

From there, make your way towards solar panels and electrical engines for a simple drop and forget.

Electrical Engines need 6 EU/T to produce their full 2 MJ/T ( double what a steam engine will put out ). If you use a soldering iron to place an iron electron tube in a small circuit board, you can upgrade the electrical engine to use only 5 EU/T to produce the same 2 MJ/T. A quarry caps out at 10 MJ/T ( in this build ), so 5 electrical engines would move it the fastest possible, requiring just 25 EU/T ( 3 Advanced and 1 normal solar panel. )

It's best to use an eternal day mystcraft age for the above setup.

As soon as possible, use conduit. This is even better than connecting the engines straight to the quarry. Finally, for best effect, add a redstone cell in there.
