Quarry with Itemducts

I've tried putting a chest next to the quarry and then tried to extract from that chest using itemducts into other chests but it is not working. Anything I'm doing wrong? Yes I'm powering the extracting itemduct with redstone. Screenshot is attached.

I do not think quarrys output to the sides...

Try a single chest. The two parts of the double chest are technically distinct so items inserted to the left half won't appear in the right.
Another alternative might be Storage Crates from BetterStorage.

Use an iron/golden chest.
If you're running a quarry you could probably spare a few ingots.

As ThatOneSlowking said i dont think they can output to the side. Put a single chest on top and then pipe it out

you were right. It only extracted when the items got into the second half of the chest. it works with a single chest thx.
