Quarry not giving items?

Hi for some reason my quarry will not give out the items it is mining?

Doesnt look like its mined at all?
Also it may have went into the electric engines.

Try using conductive pipes or energy conduits.

From what I can see, and know the quarry won't give the items it gets rid of to make the frame(where those yellow and black stripes are) you have to wait until it has emptied the room and then it will bring down a arm and start mining down while giving items

The quarry has to clear out the marked area first, before it will give you items.
All blocks in that area will be deleted.
Two Electric Engines might be not enough energy to run at a decent speed, though.

I also don't see any kind of pipe or storage attached to the quarry, so the items will be just spill out into the air, after the item slots in the Electric Engine are filled.

There is a stone pipe coming out of the quarry in the photo angelnc

Oh...well...I'm blind...
Maybe it's because I never hook pipes on top of a quarry...
