Was just using a mining laser to make a ladder up and down my quarry and well I broke two of the frames, will this affect anything?

then it should be fine, as far as i know the frames on the quarry are purely aesthetic. (If you can even call them that)

no, they also have a very big job with the quarry!! it's to stop you from falling in...
