I prefer MPS over Gravi/Quantum suit, just because of the versatility of it. There are so many possibilities and combinations with it.

Is there a way to get creative-mode flight? / How do I use the Flight Control module?
You need to install the flight control module and at least one thruster - either jet boots or jet pack.
Use the Y-look ratio slider to decide whether you want creative-like flight (Y-look=0), facing-based flight (Y-look=1), or something in between.
Set the 'down' button to an appropriate key in the Forge keybinds (not the K menu)
Use 'sneak' (shift) to slow down and fine-tune your movements, just like normal sneaking.
Use the Aqua Affinity module to mine faster while flying!

I like to wear ONLY an iron helm, and a blue leather chest if it's a bit harder than that, full iron if I'm getting swamped, and bronze for anything really extreme. Anything more is overkill, so I always go with MPS for utility. Gravichest is the best for building stuff, but that's all I would use it for.
If you know what you are doing the MPS can do anything the gravi suit can do... If you put force emiters as the shields you are almost invincible. If you setup the flight control properly it is EXACTLY like the gravi suit only FASTER. How is that not better in every way? Oh you want more? You can slow do with sneak while flying, oh you want more? You can literaly customize it however you want... Want a heat resistant beefy tank? Use lots of heat plating. Want a iron man suit that flies faster then anything ever before? No problem! I cant imagine anyone not considering the MPS better in every single way. There is ONLY one thing the gravi suit can do... status effects. Thats it. Besides that its weaker and slower. You guys just need to learn how to config the suit better.
ya that's why I like MPS the ability to customize is for each user is a great idea also you can make multible suits to suit different needs if you wanted to but with the customizer you can do it all with just one.

One basic suit, mostly blue with a mirrored visor, with a Matter Gun from AE. It's got basic plating, rebreather, enough sprint to overcome the speed decline, couple of other things, but mostly that's about it. Marine suit.
One heavily armored suit, mostly red, with advanced plating, lots of heat plating, internal cooling system, then find a way to get a couple of flamethrowers. Firebat suit.
One heavily armored suit, mostly black, advanced plating, Plasma Cannon set to explosive and high damage. Marauder suit.
One energy shield suit, lots of melee attack in the tool, high level of Sprint Assist. Zealot suit.
Above with warp drive and railgun instead of melee attack and sprint assist. Stalker suit.
I could keep going on, but I think you know where I'm going with this by now
If you know what you are doing, the MPS can do anything the gravi suit can do and also do it in a way that you never, ever, run out of power. Plus you're invulnerable.

I find that even the Gravity Suit flying with boost on is too fast for me. I have always hated things that go too fast. Especially since I am a builder, flying extremely fast is a pain.[DOUBLEPOST=1374352602][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh, and I also find that the MPS looks hideous.
I find my Thaumostatic Harness to be just right for building (unless you enchant it and get haste). Also I made my mps invisible except for the boots. They fit my avatar and look like overpriced sneakers.
My only beef with MPS is the fact that the flight controls are different. I just wish I could use left shift to go down.
You can left shift to go down you just need to key bind it in the settings, and you can mess with the flight controls...
Oh and btw all of you saying that the MPS goes to fast is because you configured it that way. Just go back to the tinker table and put your armor back in, change the speed of your jets, and test it out, if it is now too fast or too slow you can just repeat the process until you find the right speed!
