Pure Node Cleansing

Okay, so, I'm very new to TC3. I have a lot of questions. This one happens to be a vague one. Can anyone provide me some possibly unknown things to me about pure aura nodes? (I know they cleanse themselves of flux overtime and other basics.)

they are usually found in silverwood trees, growing them creates additional nodes

Slightly on-topic, but I thought this was weird.
For some reason there were no nodes near my house, even though I was in a jungle biome. I assume the server owner wiped the nodes file by accident, so I just planted a silverwood tree. I forgot that they grow by using vis from the aura so it won't grow xD

If it's your server then there are ways to regenerate the nodes by using the config file.

If not you'll have to report it to the owner. Either way more detailed instructions can be found in the guide sections of this forum (can't provide a link as I'm on a mobile device and don't know the code of the top of my head.

The config comments do explain it pretty well though.

The amount of thought that goes into TC3 is mindblowing though.
