I need lava to create energy in my base and I wanted it to come from my infinite lava source.

I won't be able to use the enderthermic pump as it will replace the source by a stone. Which will deactivate the lava ritual.

I tried with the liquid transfert node but it doesn't work (or I don't use them correctly)

The idea is to put the lava in a bunch of magmatic dynamo.

Do you have any idea on how to proceed ?

Works perfectly :)
is it? i have no doubts that it works, i doubt it works perfectly though. when your piping of choice isn't fast enough to take lava out of activator it's gonna be poured back, which i wouldn't call perfect :)

Could also use Fluid import bus with AE; that's how I deal with all the fluid generation in my glass dome of some solitude.

but the problem is that it's not AE that adds the fluid import bus, but ExtraCells, an addon to AE

It does work pretty well with fluiducts and a fluid transposer.
I put a useless object in the second slot of the autonomous transposer and it doesn't have time to right click the lava bucket before it gets sucked out in the transposer

What about a standard BC pump?

There is no BC in Horizon
