Pseudo-Inversion Sigil not working correctly

Hi

Today I crafted the Pseudo-Inversion Sigil from ExtraUtilities. But when I try to craft an unstable ingot the unstable ingot will still explode even though that shouldn't happen if you craft it with the Pseudo-Inversion Sigil.
I then tried to disable the unstable ingot's explosion in the connfig, but even then they will still explode.

This is very sad since I was actually planning use Lapis Caelestis for large parts of my base.

Did you activate the sigil? There's a pretty crazy ritual that has to be set up in the End, and involves a beacon, a bunch of different items, and a whole lot of mobs.

not exactly a fix for this problem, but there's an alternative (cheaty) way of creating stable ingots.
craft yourself a builder's wand, which is the quickest and cheapest to create, and then uncraft it using the uncrafting table from Twilight Forest.

it'll create an unstable ingot that's unable to explode.

And use nine times the diamonds. If I was going to try to craft large amounts of lapis caelestis, I would probably rather set up a music disc farm, an auto-brewing station (at least for mundane potions, if not regeneration as well), some way to get a silk touch pick/shovel (Aside: GregTech + Thaumcraft makes this trivial because Ordo shards make silk touch tools), and some really good armor and weapons than spend nine times the tine end energy hunting/quarrying for diamonds, simply because mining is boring.

For a couple of unstable ingot blocks, I could see making at least some stable nugget unstable ingots beforehand if I had a bunch of diamonds to spare. But for building material, I see the nuggets as a waste of diamonds.

Nonetheless, that is a valid point. At some point, with enough automining going on, I guess you could have so many diamonds that it really just stops mattering.

Yes, I did the ritual in the End and it doesn't take durability from my Pseudo-Inversion Sigil and I know I can make the stable nuggets but actually the normal ingots crafted from iron & diamond shouldn't explode (isn't that the whole point of the Pseudo-Ineversion Sigil?), especially if you disable the whole unstable ingot-explosion thing in the config. Also, NEI doesn't show the recipe for the Super Builder's Wand, I don't know if thats normal.

I believe the creative builder's wand is as the name implies, creative only
I did hear that there may be a ritual to create one, but I do not know if it's true and what the ritual would be.

some pack minetweak a recipe for it but then it will show in NEI
