please put date of release in your changelogs for the version of mod

example trying to follow along ICBM or MEK changelogs is hard to know where to start reading updates be nice to know hey last i checked was two weeks ago *scroll down two weeks in the list* ok ill start reading here to see whats new

This would actually be very helpful. Not sure that any mod dev would do this simply because of this "PSA", but hey, it'd be helpful.

Funny I was thinking the same thing last night when I was checking on those very same mods.

I would add to that, if there is an expected pairing between the author's mods they should state that as well if possible. For instance if they intend mod A 2.1 to be used with mod B 4.2 it ought to point that out. At the very least a minimum version of mod B.
