ProjectRed Gems Not Spawning

Details of the issue I have added Buildcraft, and Galacticraft. Everything is working fine, except for gems, there are no sapphires or ruby's in the game, I can search for them, and such, but none of the ore spawn. The Config has them enable and Electrotine is spawning which is part of ProjectRed. So I really can't gauge why this is happening.

So I removed all mods, and went into a single player creative game, and I could'nt find any are they not there or really uncommon?
