I'm planning on making a village-like base with different houses for different areas of mods. E.g bee-keeping, power gen etc. I will update on progress tomorrow.

Cheers I am currently out of town so cannot post any more pictures. I have however made plans. From that picture above I have made the overall area smaller, I plan to have a AE sorting system. I will have 'roads' leading to different areas focusing on different mods. Like a apiarists house, animal barn, farms, factory (power + ore processing) etc...

The better logic is to post them and then get replies.
Post them beuase you want people to see them. Not beucase people ask to see them.
I really like the size of your house, if you opt to lay out all your stuff instead of having your entire electrical infrastructure next to your bed. xD
I plan to have different buildings dedicated to different parts of the mod pack. E.g apiarists house etc

[DOUBLEPOST=1363513897][/DOUBLEPOST]In the pictures you can see I have completed the walls so i'm not harassed by mobs every night. I have 2 barrels (dirt+cobble), a future infinite water source, my current mine. Replaced most of my floor with basalt. Later I am going to finish the first floor and work on the second story. After that I will start creating roads. Hope you like it.

looks like your off to a fine start just be sure to take advice with a grain of salt. Keep calm and carry on.
Nice! I cant wait to see what you do with your village type idea. I kind of have the same thing going except I'm in the middle of an ocean so every different mod gets its own underwater dome.
