Problems, with modpackloading

When I start the FTB-launcher, it won´t load any modpacks.

Try reinstalling ftb. If that doesn't work, disable your antivirus while it does its downloading(This will leave your computer vulnerable, so be sure to turn it back on as soon as the download is finished.).

I have tried reinstalling it several times, I also gave FTB.exe special status on Avira and all rights in the Windows Firewall.

For some reason it isn't generating its xml...

I would suggest working through the basic troubleshooting guide, which has you install to a different directory to avoid some issues.
