Windows .exe Problems with Lag

Recently, I noticed Feed the Beast has been really laggy for me and when I check windows manager, its using about 1.7 gb of memory.

Any idea what could be causing it or how to fix it?

Edit: Oh yes, I'm using Direwolf20 pack if that matters.

Sorry about that, just forgot them. However I did try removing optifine since both it and the lag were recent things. I'm not sure if it was the main cause of the problem but it seems to have stopped for now. Will post logs if it acts up again.

Alright, since I uninstalled Optifine the lag hasn't been nearly bad but it seems there is still something going on. I checked the logs and it seems a few of my worlds are leaking.

Also, sorry for not having logs till just now. Seems I closed my console window earlier so I had to wait for it to happen again.

Ok, well I followed the directions but it didn't seem to fix anything, still running at about 1.7gb and the console says its still leaking.

It will leak. Is it causing a lag issue?

I wouldn't say its a major lag but over time it gets to the point that it becomes really choppy and I have to either reset or end the process entirely. Also, it does lag a bit more when I try to record. Its expected but still annoying.
