Problems with chunkloader and machines

Hey,

so I've set up a chunkloader to keep my mass fabricator, my redstone engines and cobblestone producing machines(forgot the name, it's from thermal expansion) running but as soon as I log out, it stops. I know that because when I log in after a while I still have as much UU-Matter as before..

I'm playing the direwolf20 pack v5.3.2
It's a multiplayer server btw

Is this intended to work like that?

Btw, it's not my mass fabricator that's not working, it's my recyclers that don't work, they don't get the cobblestone I provide them
