Problems when playing a server

Hello, I am playing the Slow's modpack and I have disabled part of the mods and added some of my own for a server play.
Everything was fine for a few days, but yesterday I have started to experience very low FPS ( ~ 1 frame per 5 seconds ) which makes it impossible to play, it starts normal and stays like that for almost 5 minutes and then every time it happens.
I am playing with one more friend and he has the same mods and it is working fine for him, as it worked for me a few days ago.

Did either of you set up a massive frame quarry? Or did you land in a Jungle Biome? Or did you set up a massive amount of relays or timers?

No lag machines or anything on the server side .
So it is his side problem . and i am not sure it has something to do with his specs

No, we actually disabled all of the technical mods like buildcraft and redpower, we left DivineRPG, Equivalent Exchange 3 and more "magical" mods.
We hadn't set up any chunk loaders or stuff like this.
