Problems Getting Server Connection.

Hi,

When I go to play multi player I cant generally get connections.
If I do get a connection I can only play for a couple of minutes and then get kicked off.

Any ideas?

So far I have deleted and reloaded FTB Launcher and java, restarted the computer and still no change.

I am using AVG Anti virus.
