Windows .exe Problem with windows.exe launcher. Same error with jar file

Been having a problem with the launcher, it just opens the console and gives me an error. I have re-downloaded both launcher types and re-installed Java. No change. Thought I should mention that I can make no sense of the errors.

Welcome. This error has only one known cause. That is that you have multiple versions of Java installed. Uninstall all other versions off your computer. All, but the 64bit version of Java 7 update 45, which at the moment is the latest.
