Description of the problem:

I've been playing without problems till yesterday. Today the launcher wouldn't work. I've tried to reinstall everything, java and minecraft, I've changed the installation location, even the hardisk, but nothing happened.
It stays in the first loading screen.

Aaand it worked. I feel so embarrased, I had an error and when trying to reinstall I used an old executable :(
