Problem with Redstone Energy Cell

that's very odd. I'm glad the solars are working now!

This might sound silly, but can you open the user interface for the cell and the dynamo and take screenshots? I can't figure out what's going on there

This may sound idiotic. but your energy cell will never charge if you put 10 in and at the same time take 10 out. Drop your output by half and watch your cell fill up.

Well, once there's no energy inventory to send to it'll stop extracting.

Also from those screenshots, all the sides are set to insert, so he won't be pulling anything out either way

the cell its not in use.. so it only for filling up.. but it dosnt

I wish I had a good suggestion for you I can't see from what you've shown any reason why it wouldn't fill up
