Okay So When I Disable NEI And Try To Check Recipe Game Crashes :/ How I Can Fix This Issue?
(I don't want to enable NEI because it causes little bit lag to me)

Reduce allocated ram to around 4gb and remove optifine, then try again.

Also - this is most likely not a bug, you changed the pack and that's why there's issues. You should repost this in Tech Support and provide full log if it still fails.
