Problem with NEI ! [HELP]

Hello... I have one problem with NEI... My items dont show on the right...

NBT data? That sounds like you used the force wrench on something. Does the world open? Please provide a full console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. Look here for more info on the logs. Putting the log onto pastebin.com is easy just click on the 'Past my log to pastebin.com' button on the console and the console will show a link that you paste here.

"O" Dont work... i have all things in screen when i press "E" but i dont have items in there ...
And i playing multiplayer...[DOUBLEPOST=1381427243][/DOUBLEPOST]and this error dont show in console but shows when i log in to multiiplayer in the chat "Error with NEI" or something iot says

Are you in recipe mode or cheat mode? Did you filter by mods?

He has started a tech support thread. I believe I have found the reason and posted it there, but your more than welcome to help as well if you have another idea.
