Problem with Mindcrack Pack

I dont know where to post this, but i keep crashing while Playing the Mindcrack pack of FTB, here is the details i know

Sometimes the Memory get's full. this happens to me sometimes. I would say put More Ram in the Launcher.

I already have 4gb of Ram allocated for it, and it crashes inconsistently, some times i can play for 15 minutes, sometimes not even one Minute, and that I want to play FTB Mindcrack but all the crashing is too much for me

Tessalator is usually optifine.

Check for newer version... Or most of the problems come from its new chunk loading option --- try to use default chunk loading option.

Memory for mc probably shouldn't be set to over 2gb.

Thank you Peppe, I updated my Optifine and changed the chunkloading to default and i havent crashed since
