Right. I just read the post, but i don't know where that jar is, or the folder its meant to go to is
To be honest, the most helpful part of my post was the "Google is your friend"...

"bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar" is a pretty good place to start, just throwing that out there. Also look for your java folder on your computer and find the lib (library) folder.

Ah gotta love how the world is heading towards a lazy, instant-answer automated place where no one thinks for themselves.

If you read the answer that was given, pick out the bits you are confused about and search those.

bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar is what is needed to be placed somewhere. libs/ folder is where it needs to be placed. As it is a Java exception, the libs folder is most likely to be found in the Java folder.

Problem solving and fixing it yourself (albeit with help from google ;) ) is pretty gratifing :)

I've really got no idea how to fix it... i tried downloading the jar from 'http://www.bouncycastle.org/latest_releases.html'
then i put it in a java folder, no idea if its the right one, but still the same error

I havn't got a java folder in my c:\
I put it in c:\program files\java\jre7\lib\
Don't even know if i did it right[DOUBLEPOST=1356562422][/DOUBLEPOST]Definately getting exactly the same error, i checked, its there.
When i loaded the modpack, the fml thingy said it was downloading that jar though, so im not sure if that means anything.

I usually look for the %appdata% file by searching for it from the start menu search bar, from there I followed through the folders till I found something FTB/minecraft related. Deleted it all before redownloading.

I'm not sure my issue was the same as yours, but when I was unable to play FTB randomly one time that is what I had to delete to make the redownload make it work. Hope it helps.

Try sticking that jar into the same folder as mindcrack pack when you run it - that is also a valid java path.
