Windows .exe Problem with Launching

What's the bug: Apparently whenever the game starts it will start up for a while and randomly crash because of something with CodeChickenCore. In the past I have been deleting codechickencore.cfg from the config folder on startup and that fixes the problem but now it won't fix it anymore
Can it be repeated?: Everytime I startup
Known Fix: I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java and FTB and modpack, didn't work

Copy over any worlds and information you wish to save then delete and re-install the pack. Various configs seem to be having issues.

(I don't suggest just deleting the configs along as it would likely change most of the IDs assigned by the FTB team to make the packs work together)

The config was put together by my friend who is running the server.

I also deleted and re-installed the pack yesterday and it loaded up twice before having this problem again this morning.[DOUBLEPOST=1375639260][/DOUBLEPOST]The weird thing is, occasionally if I go into the config folder and delete codechickencore.cfg it will fix the problem, but its sporadic. None of the other people playing on this server have this problem, only me.
