Problem with launcher

I've gone to the tech site with no luck so i'm posting here and hoping someone can help me

I've tried downloading an older java update, tried downloading an older launcher.

Tried multiple clean re-installs, shut down both firewalls, put it in it's own folder. I've tried everything suggested and everything I could think of, but it's just not working I'm including the pastebin link and a screenshot

Another one that I have been trying to help.
*Move file location to remove spaces and special characters
*Clean reinstall of the launcher
*Allowed access and disabled protection programs
*Tried .jar
