Problem with Launch

When every I launch the Launcher the Console Says
[i18n] Could not retrieve version info, skipping update.: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
Failed to load modpacks, loading from backup: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
Loading modpack information for modpacks.xml...
Failed to read modpack file - falling back to direct download: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Aaren\AppData\Roaming\ftblauncher\ModPacks\modpacks.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)
Connection refused: connect: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
Completely unable to download the modpack file - check your connection: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
loading map information...
loading texture pack information...

I don't know what to do, I've tried redownloading FTB and just restarting but none work.

I get the same thing right now too.

EDIT: I redownloaded the launcher and now its working.

Just checking but did you read what I put? I gave a user-level fix (or one that fixed this very same thing that just started around the same time as this topic was started.)

Delete you FTB folder, redownload the launcher, start launcher and now it will find the list or mod packs and download them to the launcher. Fixed. :)

It does not work 95% of the time on second launch.

OK thanks I was just making sure you saw what I posted. I really am shocked I was part of the 5% that it worked for with my luck the past week it this should have made my computer explode. o_O

Give it time, it probably won't work soon.
I've spent the majority of the last 3 days trying everything I can think of to find a solution for it. Nothing works with the opposite percentage (95% of the time working) which is something I am much more comfortable with ;)

OK good I would hate to feel like something was working right on my end.
