Problem with Factions DW20 Pack

I have been trying to get Factions onto my Minecraft server, and have had no luck. I get errors every time I try, and it never works. Im using the latest version of MCPC, btw.
If someone could either tell me which version of Factions to use, or how to fix it, that would be great!

Some times it's errors, some times it just doesn't work in game. Ill post the error log in a minute.

Edit:
Usually, it crashes the game.
In the latest update of Factions, it just doesn't work.
