Bug Problem with entity overflow

Hello i have a problem with my Modpack after a short time the game starts too spawn new entity it goes up to 5000-8000 in 5min.
Is there a way that i can find out what mod cause the problem without remove then one by one?

But i thing "DungeonPack" coused the problem. I removed every mod with world gen (and Monster spawner) one by one and after removing DungeonPack the entity stopped getting high.
