I set it to void out the area because I wanted to see where it is mining for this very reason

So I ended up fixing it by putting an crystal chest next to the tesseract back at base and the thing literally filled up in seconds lol. I ended up putting a bunch of emerald pipes hooked up to it because for whatever reason the servo's aren't worked either. This is not 100% effective but much faster than before for sure.
