problem; Ticking screen

ok my ftb was ok 12hrs a go and now i have this problem Ticking screen, ive done a new install of the lot and java about 5 times use this OptiFine i dont know what to do now

While I don't know how to fix the problem as such, it seems to be caused during mob spawning, so a simple workaround would probably be to switch to peaceful - if you can pause the game fast enough to change it that is, otherwise you should edit the "difficulty" option in your /minecraft/options.txt file to "0".

i dont get in the server at all says loading the logging in then mouse go`s then w8 for like 20secs then comes up wive the crash

Sorry, I thought you were in SP.
Did a quick google and guess what I found? It's listed on the known issues thread (http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/known-issues-bugs.2451/ ). I don't think you can really do much about it since you can't log in; maybe your server admin can do something?
