Hey I can not open FTB When I do I get a notepad doc saying this

Remove the FTB launcher entirely, and then reinstall it from a fresh copy online, first, to confirm if the issue persists.

Anyways have you tried to update your graphics driver?

Does the same thing happen when you try to open vanilla Minecraft? If so, I believe I have encountered this problem before, and I did find a solution after several hours of searching.
