Now I'll wait for 15 minutes until the start and does not show

The screen becomes white until 15 minutes and open that and nothing in screen no Modpack Page told me Put these options

Is your Antivirus Blocking the program to recieve Internet ? Try shutting off your Antivirus for 5 min .
